Give me some basic information about yourself. (Where are you from? Where do/did you go to high school/college? What are some of your main interests and hobbies? etc )
I am quintessentially British but have Scandinavian Origins -( I attended school from the age of two. & a variety of boarding schools up to the age of 17. As a beneficial education is such a focus in my family)

- How would you describe your professional interests?

Being a creative soul I enjoy literature, travel, gastronomie ( I have been vegetarian my entire life), writing, music (Jazz/Blues/Classical/Funk) Dramatic arts/Theatre, Singing, Photography & my one vice: Smoking.

- What's your background in modeling? When and why did you get started? Was it for the glamour? The money? Pure kicks?

I was scouted on reality TV at 16 - and immediately signed to a London agency . I exchanged my dream of being a lawyer to model professionally at 18- & it enrages me when the profession is viewed as "easy" as it is a fairweather industry where people are replaced in a heartbeat, and one is constantly on the go, shooting in bad conditions , exposed to constant criticism and competition, navigate complex directions & hold poses for many hours; Pulling out high quality images each time and mantaining a good work ethic is vital.
I wouldn't swap it for the world, honestly. On a shoot, it's always wonderful to work with a talented, determined, charismatic team, and come away satisfied and content.
As this IS my primary occupation, I would have to say the money- as rock and roll it would be to live on the side of the road, suffering for my art, I would rather not :)

- Who are some of your favorite models and designers ?

The iconic Coco Chanel. Her life is and feminine wearable designs fascinate me. Christian Dior. As he revoulutionized the way women dressed post war- and the brand still remains timeless with its lines of elegant prêt-a-porter, accesories and haute couture ball gowns. Vivienne Westwood, an amazingly eccentric designer - with her fiery and unique personality and flamboyant creations. Valentino who constantly create emchanting Red carpet fairy tale dresses. I am a devout believer in "Dress to express" I have a very quirky and vintage style: There are some pieces women shouldn't be without :The LBD for example.
I truly admire models such as Claudia Schiffer, Cindy Crawford , Kate Moss, Gisele Bunchen, Heidi Klum and Tyra Banks - They are entreprenears, not one hit wonders.

- Which fashion magazines, websites, blogs, and catalogs do you visit most often?

The Bible of course.. Vogue magazine

- Do you have any other experience in the fashion industry (writing, photography, marketing, etc.)?

I am the author of the eponymous "Chloe Jasmine Whichello" coffee table book. A collaboration of images and fusion of poetry with the brilliant Damien Lovegrove.

- Out of all of the photos the photographer took of you, which is your favorite and why?

I am constantly looking for the next horizon.

- What is fun and rewarding about modeling?

A fantastic result and a contented team - the feeling that you have done a good job is priceless. As a model you are an artist, constantly creating.

- What do you dislike about modeling?

Occasional Fatigue :) You just have to get on with it and make it happen.

 

- Your Favorite MTV Artist/Band ?

Too many - totally depends on ones mood... :) I am a fan of the "Greats" Sinatra, Fitzgerald, Gillespie, Coltrane. Like balm for the soul.

 

- Anything else you'd like to say?
